THE NEED
23rd & Main Studios needed a stronger digital presence that could support both the salon studio itself and the independent beauty professionals operating within the space. The client wanted to increase discoverability, generate more inquiries for available salon studios, and create additional visibility opportunities for current tenants.
THE STRATEGY
I designed and developed a digital tenant directory featuring each professional occupying the space, with direct links to their social media platforms. The directory created a centralized destination for potential clients to discover the businesses inside 23rd & Main while providing each tenant with an additional digital advertising touchpoint.
I also incorporated SEO-focused website copy and keywords to improve search visibility and optimized the brand's Instagram presence for greater social media discoverability and salon studio inquiries.
To expand reach beyond the existing audience, I also strategized and implemented a collaborative Instagram post between 23rd & Main Studios and @keyyrichhair, leveraging an established local audience to introduce the brand to new potential clients and beauty professionals.
